Can I use only one module?
Yes. Every plan includes every module, and you can use only what you need, for example just bookings or just social publishing. Credits are spent only on work you approve.
What is a credit?
A unit of work in the panel. Writing, designing, publishing, analysing and running the representative all use credits. The exact cost of each task is shown before it starts.
What happens when I run out?
Work pauses; nothing is charged automatically. You can add credits in $10 steps or wait for next month’s plan credits.
Are hosting, database and email included?
They are separate prepaid add-ons, priced at their measured cost. Each one shows what it is, how it differs and its monthly price before you add it. If an add-on is not renewed, it pauses and your data is kept.
Is there human expert review?
Plans are fully self-serve. Expert review by Soronoki is available as a separate service.
How do I pay?
During early access, payment is arranged directly with Soronoki and your plan is activated by hand. You get the terms in writing before you pay.
What happens to unused credits?
The rules for unused credits are part of the written terms you receive before paying, so nothing is a surprise later.
